The Good Food & Wine Show showcases the best local wares and wines as well as hands on workshops by the world’s leading talents and innovations from all the kitchens of all the continents. A star studded line-up of chefs that include flamboyant BBC Food celebrity chef Reza Mahammad, Indian cuisine expert who understands the constraints of the home cook and with his unique characteristic charm. Mike Robinson, presenter from Heaven’s Kitchen, also known as the 'Safari Chef', because he loves hunting and cooking with game, uses real good and wholesome produce to demonstrate his unique cooking styles. Cyrus Todiwala, has revolutionised the outlook on Indian cooking and is one of Britain’s most valued and respected connoisseurs of Indian cuisine. Arthur Potts Dawson, Jamie Oliver’s original ‘Green Chef’ from Acorn and Water House Restaurants in London, will give new meaning to cooking with fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables.
