Feast - Johannesburg

As we all know, Johannesburg is vast. It is also strewn with franchise restaurants that are largely uninspiring. There are of course, many independent, amazing establishments dotted throughout the city.

We've picked out five of them. They offer a diverse range of foods; Italian, Indian, Oriental and are generally very interesting places to be. If you haven't sampled them all, get out there. There is much to be discovered.

We invite Jo'burgers and indeed all visitors to this page to give us their input. We've made a list of what we think are the restaurants in the city, now you get to vote for the best and worst. You also get to suggest restaurants you want to see on this list. Eventually we'll have the most democratic lists of places to experience.
