As part of commemoration of its 15th anniversary, Cyril Ramaphosa Foundation is presenting a public art exhibition.
The theme of the exhibition relates to the purpose of the Foundation, which is to foster the development of an inclusive society that is empowered. The exhibition features works of fine art, posters, photography, video, craft and design. Works by some of South Africa’s most compelling artists, both emergent and established, that speak to the themes of inequality, inclusion/exclusion, fragmentation/cohesion, borders and boundaries, will be exhibited. The exhibition makes for a thoughtful interrogation of the “main road” that divides us, that connects us, and that seemingly represents access and the aspiration and terms of an inclusive society.
